ABOUT US
Bwalo La Ana Youth Active Community Organization is a lively youth NGO affiliated to National Youth Council of Malawi and the Blantyre District Youth office, that is committed to empower the youth of Malawi to actively participate in development roles, and spearhead efforts in promoting and advancing human rights.
BLAYACO was established in the year 2005 as a youth club and later registered with the National Youth Council of Malawi in the year 2009. The organization has an independent board of trustees and a constitution that governs its operations and has also self-motivated volunteers and a strong work force who are working tirelessly in implementation of the organization activities.
Volunteer Program
BLAYACO invites both local and international volunteers to work together in the implementation of various activities in our organization. The volunteers mainly help in attending to numerous cross cutting issues such as sexual reproductive health rights, education, child rights governance, gender equality, sanitation and hygiene, human rights and good governance.
